Who We Are
Arden is a product of Copper Country Technologies LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), 21525 Henry Rd, Chassell, MI 49916, USA. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and when you contact us, and how we handle it. Our website and products are intended for businesses, not for personal or household use.
The Arden Software
Arden runs on your own computers. It processes Windows event-log data on systems you control and is designed not to send event-log data, alerts or detection results to us. It has no telemetry or analytics feature. We have no access to the data it processes.
Arden only sends data to destinations you configure: for example email or webhook alerts, or an AI model you choose to run. Those destinations are yours, not ours. The beta privacy notice provided with the software explains this in more detail.
What We Collect
- Beta-invite requests: the email address you enter in the form on this website, the page you sent it from, and the country Cloudflare reports for the request.
- Emails you send us: your name, email address and whatever you include, for example questions or support files.
- Beta participants: the names and email addresses of your contacts, and the email address you use to sign in to the invite-only beta download site.
- Website requests: like any website, our hosting provider receives technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver and protect the site.
How We Use It
We use this information to answer you, provide support, run the beta, tell you about Arden launches and updates if you asked us to, and keep the website secure. We do not sell or rent personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising.
Cookies and Tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels or advertising tools. The invite-only beta download site uses a sign-in cookie from Cloudflare Access, only to keep you signed in.
Service Providers
- Cloudflare hosts this website and the beta download site, provides the beta sign-in, and passes beta-invite requests from the website form to our mailbox (Cloudflare’s privacy policy).
- Google serves the fonts used on this website, which means your browser requests them from Google (Google’s privacy policy).
- Microsoft provides our email mailboxes, including the one where beta-invite requests are delivered (Microsoft’s privacy statement).
These providers process information for us under their own terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.
Data Retention
We keep early-access sign-ups until you ask us to remove them, or for at most 24 months after Arden becomes generally available. We keep beta contact details for the duration of the beta and remove them on request. Support emails and files are deleted or de-identified within a reasonable time after the issue is closed, as described in the beta terms.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy law, and we will honor them where they apply. Every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
Where Your Information Is Processed
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
Children’s Privacy
This website is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
